The Lost History of the City of Eudora Fire Department

One of the saddest things that can occur in a fire department is the loss of its history.  Unfortunately, the year, method, and story of the establishment of the department has somehow faded into the dusty pages of the past.  Despite resurrecting much from the last twenty years, the beginnings of the fire department are still a mystery.  Research by several members has failed to uncover the department's origin.

Please contact us if you have any pictures, newspaper clippings, old letters, memorabilia, or information.  You can go to the contacts page to get in touch with the fire chief.  Your help would be appreciated!

This page is still under construction.  More information will be added as it becomes available.
